Our Reusable Freezing Bases protect the globe ice lantern balloon from sticks and sharp ice-crusted snow, support and keep the balloon from rolling around, and shape the ice globe by aiding in the formation of the round shape and open cavity (for the light source). For freezing indoors at anytime of year, use with Large Insulating Disk.
The Reusable Large Freezing Base creates basketball-sized globes that can weigh from 14-30 lbs and are designed specifically for the globe ice lantern freezing process. Field tested and perfect for use in cold weather conditions. Use with Wintercraft Replacement Balloons.
