Wintercraft® Reusable Insulating Disks are specifically designed to assist in the globe making process. Just place disk underneath the Small Freezing Base when making in a freezer. The Insulating Disk simulates the nature of snow and provides just the right insulation to allow the bottom of the globe to stay open.
The Insulating Disk was designed as a round shape to minimize the space needed in a freezer. Disk has a diameter of 8 1/2 inches and is 5/8 inches thick. Made in USA.
