United StatesIt doesn't get any easier than this for natural beauty which I find stunning. Using the freezing bases, it would be difficult to overfill balloons and I prefer just buying a kit with everything I need; balloons, bases, and clips. Just add water! There is a quiet elegance to these which make my eyes smile.

I liked the thicker balloons as I had tried some cheap ones I had leftover from birthday parties and they broke while we were putting them over the water faucet. The little plastic trays for the balloons to sit in were very helpful, so were the balloon clips. The instruction sheet was helpful too with the pictures. I have already recommended this to a friend of mine!!
